Gasshaker

Our Gasshaker has caused a furore. Within the European whipped cream industry we are now market leader.

This Gasser shaker machine is meant to supply containers, filled with cream, with propellant. To get enough propellant in a container during the filling process, the containers need to be shaken while filling. As a result of which the propellant forms a compound with the cream. The result is whipped cream!

The main advantages are:

  • Low maintenance costs compared to the conventional linear shakers
  • Broad range in shake frequency and shake time
  • Single temperature monitoring of every gashead during sterilization
  • Inline gas pressure check correlated to the single gashead with reject function

Industrial aerosol

With the Gasser shaker machine, Budé can fill the desired amount of gas (CO2) into the aerosol, also when it is filled with a viscous/syrupy liquid. This is because during the shaking propellant (CO2) is added, as a result of which the CO2 is gradually absorbed into the viscous product. This is what we have demonstrated during some successful tests!

Budé has its own laboratory unit, where the customer can test the Gasshaker himself.

Laboratory unit

To obtain a thorough understanding in the process parameters of the Gasshaker a test/laboratory unit is built. The laboratory unit consists of a single shake unit, which is identical to the applied shake units on the Gasshaker.

With this unit, it is possible to fill a whipped cream can with gas in a laboratory environment and then shake it, in order to gain a better understanding of the desired process information for the final situation. To do this, one can simulate the process, where the shake time and the shake frequency are adjustable process parameters.
