Concept
After proving successful in the whipped cream industry, Budé was challenged to broaden its horizon and introduce its gassing shaking technology to the beverage industry. Driven by its interest to further expand the opportunities of the gas-shaking concept, this resulted in a new beverage concept called, Shimmering Water.
By simultaneously gassing and shaking a combination of gasses into beverages, an opportunity is created offering:
- A gentle, effervescent bubble;
- A natural sweet taste, without the need for additional sugars or sweeteners.


Incentive to innovate
In collaboration with our American partner, 6-time BevNET award winner Todd Carmichael, we redeveloped our well-known gas-shaking technology so it allowed to create new concepts for beverages. This collaboration resulted in the introduction of Lofti Water.
This technology creates more doors to be opened in the beverage industry and we look forward to opening them with you.
